- That is because this copy of the FrozenFish CD is actually a *copy*
- that resides on the hard disk on our ftp server. Under the terms of
- the permission granted to make these files publically available, they
- have to be provided directly from the CD, which involves mounting the
- CD permanently in a CD-ROM drive. Since demand for these files isn't
- large enough to justify us dedicating a CD-ROM drive full time to
- holding just this CD, we've turned off read access to that particular
- directory.

- redistribution restrictions.
